At Tharvedas Natural, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering your order with the utmost quality and attention. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

We offer product exchange only in the following cases:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective

  • You received an incorrect product

Exchange Conditions

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Please provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item for verification.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at tharvedasnatural@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and photos.

  2. Once verified, our team will arrange for the exchange or provide further instructions.

Important Notes

  • No exchange will be processed without proper proof of damage or incorrect delivery.

  • Exchange requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • We do not offer refunds or accept product returns.
